A Way Forward: Strategies and Tools for Addressing Vacancy in Little Rock

For our third Relocal project, we analyzed data on nearly 8,000 parcels in Little Rock — 2,400 of which were either a vacant lot or vacant building. We utilized 74 distinct and comprehensive metrics and a community priority survey to determine parcel-level recommendations for each vacant parcel on how they can move forward productively. The City of Little Rock is currently implementing the findings on the ground working with a range of city agencies and local partners.
